FAULTY ITEMS
If an item in your order is faulty, please email me immediately with details of the fault & if possible photos, I will work closely with you to find a solution whether it be replace, repair or refund.
Also please double check your artwork proof before signing and sending back, Riverside Stubby Co. will not be responsible for any errors after the artwork proof is signed

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER

Call me Immediately on 0407152376, changes can be made if the printing process has not started. If the printing process has started, changes cannot be made.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

If you have signed the artwork proof and sent it back, but now want to cancel the order Call me Immediately on 0407152376, if the printing process has not been started your order will be cancelled and a refund issued. If the printing has started orders cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be given

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE

All Riverside Stubby Holders are made from 5mm premium neoprene and feature a 5mm non-slip base.
The stubby holders are hand assembled and feature a glued side seam finished with heat tape both inside & out for extra durability and a neat finish.
the Bases are hand glued in place and every single base is tested to ensure they are placed securely.

For other items I use a variety of quality materials such as Ply, Acrylic, UV Inks, Edible Inks and PLA/PETG 3d printing Filaments

CAN I MIX THE COLOURS FOR MY STUBBY HOLDERS

YES! and it won't cost you any more.
Just remember when ordering each colour to select the pricing band for the whole amount that you are ordering.
EG You want 30 in black and 30 in red,. Select the 50-99 pricing band for both

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE

For Stubby holder orders up to 100 please allow 7 - 10 days to process your order.
for 100+ please allow 14 days.

For laser cut/engraved, UV printed and 3D printed items allow 7 days, while I have a small amount of items in stock, due to most requiring personalisation, I make most items when ordered.

Processing times can be longer depending on the volume of orders I have at the time, but I will let you know if this is the case.
